This site provides essential information about the Independent Monitor and team, its responsibilities, and the Permanent Injunction Order—a court-ordered agreement between the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and Moreno Valley Unified School District. This agreement aims to bring the district's policing and discipline programs into compliance with the ADA and Section 504.
